CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: - Appointments to be rescheduled or cancelled at least two days in advance without penalty. When glossgenius sends you a reminder, please call/text 980-327-4999 to reschedule if need be. • One day before rescheduled & cancellations will cost you 50% of your service(s) total. • Same day rescheduled & cancellations will be charged 100% of service(s) total. (CARD ON FILE ONLY) ***FEE IS ONLY TRANSFERABLE IF RESCHEDULED WITHIN THE 5 BUSINESS DAYS*** - life happens! i am flexible, i will work with you 🤗 - NO CALL NO SHOW: Will be charged 100% of your service total. *** IE : If I text/call after 15 minute grace period, and you forgot about your appointment, it is a no show. No show Fee is non transferable. No Exceptions. - If payment is declined you will be banned from booking an appointment until balance is paid. - DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED. The amount goes towards your total service. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. Deposits are ONLY transferable if you reschedule. - Debit | Credit | Apple Pay| Zelle ONLY - I do not accept cash app payments - If you prefer to pay in cash, I will not have change. - A 15 minute grace period is ONLY allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS At 15 minutes, you will be charged a late fee of $10 extra. At 20 minutes, you will be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled. - No extra guests! - If you become ill for any reason, regardless of whether you were exposed to COVID-19, please consider cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
