📌 XC Art n Wax Studio Policies & Booking Guidelines Thank you for choosing XC Art n Wax Studio! 💛✨ As a solo esthetician and small business owner, my goal is to provide every client with a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience. To maintain an organized schedule, protect the time reserved for each appointment, and ensure fairness to all clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated! __________________________________ 🍯 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is requested for all cancellations, rescheduling, and appointment changes. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. However, last-minute cancellations and rescheduling directly impact my small business. Each appointment is time specifically reserved for YOU. When an appointment is canceled with little notice, it limits my ability to accommodate other clients and often results in lost income. Please be mindful of my time and business, just as I am respectful of yours. 💛 __________________________________ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING FEES:     ●    3 or more calendar days before: No fee. You may cancel or reschedule independently through the booking link if at least 72 hours remain.     ●    2 calendar days before: No fee. Please contact me directly for assistance if the online rescheduling window has closed.     ●    1 calendar day before: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.     ●    Same day: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling. NEED TO RESCHEDULE? NO PROBLEM! 💛 You can conveniently manage and reschedule your appointment through the booking link when at least 72 hours remain before your scheduled appointment. Once that window has closed, please contact me directly for assistance. Changes made two calendar days before your appointment remain fee-free. Changes made the day before or on the day of your appointment are subject to the fees listed above. Every appointment matters! __________________________________ 🍯 No-Call / No-Show Policy     ●    A no-call/no-show appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.     ●    If you have not arrived or communicated with me within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be considered a no-show.     ●    No-show charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.     ●    Any outstanding balances or declined payments must be resolved before booking future appointments. Please communicate if you’re running late or unable to attend. Your consideration is always appreciated. __________________________________ 🍯 Deposits     ●    A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service total.     ●    Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled.     ●    Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when rescheduling at least 72 hours in advance.     ●    Rescheduling two calendar days before your appointment is fee-free; however, deposit transfers must be arranged directly with the studio.     ●    Rescheduling the day before or on the day of your appointment is subject to the applicable fees. __________________________________ 🍯 Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled appointment.     ●    0–10 minutes late: Grace period, with no additional charge.     ●    11–19 minutes late: A $10 late fee applies if your appointment can still be accommodated.     ●    20 minutes or more late: Your appointment will be canceled or require rescheduling, and 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. If you have not arrived or communicated within 15 minutes, your appointment may instead be classified as a no-call/no-show, subject to the 100% no-show fee. Only one cancellation, late-arrival, or no-show penalty will apply to the same appointment. Late arrivals may affect the time available for your service and appointments scheduled afterward. Additional guests are not permitted during appointments.     ●    Please be respectful of scheduled appointment times and studio policies.     ●    If you are feeling ill, please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. FEELING UNDER THE WEATHER? Your health and mine are equally important! I understand that unexpected illnesses happen, and illness-related rescheduling may be accommodated without penalty when communicated promptly. Please do not attend your appointment if you’re experiencing contagious symptoms. __________________________________ 🍯 Menstrual Cycle & Waxing YES, you can still receive a wax while on your period! 💕 For Brazilian and bikini services, please arrive wearing a fresh, clean tampon. Complimentary tampons and personal wipes are available for your convenience. Please keep in mind that skin may be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle. __________________________________ 🍯 Booking Agreement & Client Consent By booking an appointment with XC Art n Wax Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined above, including all applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show fees. All completed services are non-refundable. Waxing and skincare treatments may cause temporary redness, irritation, sensitivity, breakouts, or other skin reactions. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant skin conditions, allergies, medications, and any known contraindications before receiving services.
