CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 XC Art n Wax Studio – Policies & Booking Guidelines Thank you for choosing XC Art n Wax Studio. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. These guidelines ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients. 🧡✨ ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling • All cancellations, rescheduling, and service changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • 24-hour notices: 50% of service total will be charged. • Same-day cancellations and rescheduling: 100% of service total will be charged. ⸻ No Call / No Show • A no-call/no-show results in a 100% charge, non-transferable. • After the 15-minute grace period, if there’s no response, the appointment is considered a no-show. • Declined payments must be cleared before booking again. ⸻ Deposits • Deposits are required and applied to your service total. • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. • Deposits are transferable only when rescheduling. ⸻ Late Policy • A 10 minute grace period is allowed. → At 15 minutes: $10 late fee → At 20 minutes: appointment will be rescheduled and charged. ⸻ Payments • Accepted: Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Zelle • Not accepted: Cash App, Venmo, “IOU’s” • Cash is accepted (no change available). ⸻ Studio Courtesy • No extra guests are allowed during your appointment. • If you are feeling ill, please reschedule — your appointment can be moved without penalty when you’re better. ⸻ Menstrual Cycle • You may wax on your cycle — please arrive with a fresh, clean tampon if receiving a bikini service. ⸻ Agreement By booking with XC Art n Wax Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. All services and payments are non-refundable, and you release Xarial Grice and XC Art n Wax Studio LLC from liability regarding potential skin reactions.
